Davis is a Shareholder of the firm and has over 30 years of consulting and public accounting experience. He is from the Auburn/Opelika area. After graduating from Auburn University with a degree in accounting, he accepted a position with a large regional firm located in north Alabama where he assisted with engagements ranging from tax preparation for individuals and small businesses to audits of city governments.

Davis has extensive experience in advising clients on accounting and tax matters and he has served on the board of a local financial institution. He enjoys developing relationships that allow him to assist clients with the tax and financial issues they face.

He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Alabama Society of Certified Public Accountants and the East Alabama Chapter of CPAs.

Jayne graduated with honors from the University of Alabama in 1978 with a B.S. in Accounting. She began her career in Birmingham, AL with Arthur Young, now Ernst and Young, LLP in the auditing department. She returned to the Opelika-Auburn area in 1982 where she has worked with a variety of individuals and small businesses providing accounting, tax, auditing and consulting services.

She has been actively involved in civic and community activities in the Opelika-Auburn area. She currently serves as Treasurer of the Opelika Industrial Development Authority, and has served on the board of directors of Bancorpsouth, Lee County Educational Foundation, United Way, and Saugahatchee Country Club. She and her husband, David, have two sons and attend First Baptist Church of Opelika.

Coye Yeager graduated from Auburn University (summa cum laude) with a bachelor's degree in accounting in 1993. In 1993 he joined a regional accounting firm where he began his concentration in the construction and small business area where he eventually obtained the position of partner. Coye joined the accounting firm of Bartlett, Gunter and Yeager in 2011 where he became the partner-in-charge of the firms auditing practice.

Coye has over 20 years' experience in accounting, auditing, and tax return preparation for construction companies and small businesses. Coye has taught several continuing education programs over the years concerning auditing and taxation of construction companies.

He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Alabama Society of Certified Public Accountants and Associated General Contractors.

Corey graduated from Auburn University (cum laude) with a bachelor's degree in accounting in December 2006. In 2007 he passed the exam to become a certified public accountant. In 2007, he joined a large regional accounting firm where he began his concentration in the construction and not for profit accounting. He obtained the position of supervising senior. Corey joined the accounting firm of Bartlett, Gunter and Yeager in 2012 where he was named the audit practice manager.

Corey has over 6 years' experience in accounting and auditing for construction companies and not for profits.

He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and Alabama Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Charlotte Miller is a graduate of Auburn University with more than twenty-three years experience in public accounting and ten years in the private sector. She joined the firm in 2000. She is a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor with many years experience supporting all versions of the program, and has worked with clients in a variety of industries, including the construction industry, with non-profit organizations, and government entities.

Her experience includes QuickBooks consulting services, accounting, bookkeeping, tax, payroll, multi-state payroll tax compliance, multi-jurisdiction sales tax compliance, and auditing and review services.

Charlotte has one son, Justin. She is a writer and published author with a trilogy of regionally bestselling novels in print.
